All Qnn Safe Manufacturing Co., Ltd products are warranted to be free of defect in material and workmanship when properly installed, used and maintained according to installation guidelines.
For QNN safes, we will, for a period of one year from the date of commercial invoice, supply the spare parts which, upon the photos, proves to be defective under normal use. This warranty will be honored only upon proof of purchase. Qnn would accept the freight fees of spare parts.
Together with the goods, Qnn would supply 2% spare parts based on the Purchase order, which include the following things: Digital locks(PCB board+ Keypad), motor, shafts, inner battery box(only for metal back cover), Switch, Emergency key cover, Emergency keylock, Powder(if necessary).
Qnn Safe Manufacturing Co., Ltd would be in charge of supplying the techniqual instruction by email or phone and The customer would be responsible for repairing the safes at the local.
